ThumbAI is an AI-powered YouTube thumbnail generation tool. Users can input video topics or upload videos, and our AI generates thumbnail designs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Account Registration
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
4. Subscription and Payment
ThumbAI offers a free tier with limited usage and a paid subscription plan. Payments are processed through our payment partner. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
Thumbnails generated using ThumbAI are yours to use. However, the Service itself, including its code, design, and AI models, remains the property of ThumbAI.
7. Limitation of Liability
ThumbAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or revenue.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
