ThumbAI offers 5 free thumbnail generations per month for all users. We encourage you to try the service before subscribing.
2. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available for the current billing period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at axellku@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5 business days.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated subscription and refund cycles.
